1. Scope
These terms govern the contract between [GastroLoop GmbH] and restaurants using our software.
2. Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded when you register and start using the software. By registering you confirm you are authorized to act on behalf of the restaurant.
3. Services
[Concrete service description — to be finalized by counsel. At minimum: ordering widget, hosted page, dashboard, AI extraction, Mollie integration]
4. Customer obligations
- Accurate restaurant information (imprint data, tax number, address).
- Responsibility for menu accuracy, in particular allergen and additive disclosure under LMIV. AI-extracted content is a draft that the customer reviews and confirms before publication.
- Compliance with applicable food law.
- Own terms with end customers, where required.
5. Pricing & payment
Use costs €59 per month plus VAT, billed monthly. No per-order commission, no setup fee. The first 200 restaurants keep this price for life ("Founders price").
The first month is free and requires no credit card. On day 31 the account auto-pauses if no payment method has been added — we charge nothing.
6. Data protection
For end-customer order data the customer is the controller and GastroLoop the processor under GDPR. Before first production use the parties enter into a data processing agreement (AVV). See our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability

9. Term and termination
The contract runs for an indefinite term and can be cancelled monthly without cause, via the dashboard or by email to hello@gastroloop.de.
